1. Wake up one hour earlier than your usual time – every morning
2. Reconnect with your(true)self
3. Decide what you (really, really) want and design a plan + follow through
1.Why wake up earlier? Simple.
When you wake up early and spend quality time thinking about your day and your life you show yourself respect andcommitment. You are the most important person in your life. Start every day by setting your priorities right. Spend the first hour of every day of your life with yourself. No phone, no TV, no radio, no headphones, no social media, no pets, not even your loved ones – no one else but you. Use this time for a proper chat with yourself. See what is going on. Are you ok? Are you as healthy as you should be? As inspired? As happy as you deserve to be? You can continue to wear your “I am fine, thank you” mask in public but with yourself you should have the courage and honesty to say it as it is. And if you really are fine, then it means you should start working towards being at your very best.

2.How exactly do you “reconnect” with yourself?
Well, first things first: get to know yourself better . Sit quietly and meditate or take yourself for a walk or do a bit of Mindful Yoga. Then start to ask yourself some key questions: “What is it that I can do today to start feeling better (about myself/my appearance/my relationships/my job, etc)?” “What do I really want to do with my life?”
Have a notebook handy to write down your thoughts and ideas. Clarify your dreams. Identify the “why” behind them. Describe them in detail. Take your time and enjoy the process. Connecting with your dreams every day, visualising yourself achieving your goals and experiencing the sheer joy and satisfaction of success is a strong motivator that should keep you going. Cherish this time you get to spend in your own company and make it count.
3.Are you committed to being the best you can be?
Once you have identified your goal and strengthened your commitment to achieving it you can start to design an action plan . Decide on a realistic time frame. Then break your goal down into manageable segments. What would you expect to do this year? And in the next 3 months? What can you do this week? Today?
From now on your early mornings should be dedicated to working on your plan and making small but significant steps every day. You will be amazed at how much you can do once you get started. Soon, you will be unstoppable.
